The Southeastern Michigan HIV/AIDS Council(SEMHAC)seeks volunteers for its Planning Council for the Detroit eligible metropolitan area (EMA) which includes the City of Detroit and the counties of Wayne, Oakland, Lapeer, Macomb, Monroe, and St. Clair
The Planning Council plans and decides how to use federal funds to deliver HIV services for our EMA.
